Netgear Premier Membership and no Router received yet

I signed up for netgear premier member**bleep** back in JUNE, and have still not received my router. I am getting billed for the service and expect to be refunded for the last 3 months or postpone my payments after io received the Router for 3-4 months to make up for this loss.

 

please tell me what is going on here? i have multiple cases opened that were closed... my issue was never resolved

  • This is the community forum. There's the random netgear employee on here but its rare. Most of us are just people from the public helping others out.

    it'd be best to keep contacting netgear through your support cases and escalating to figure out whats going on and getting refunds.
