Sadly, while I can just about read that picture, it isn't clear to me that you have the correct settings. Have you sought advice from your ISP?
It looks like this modem/router has caused other users problems with bridge mode:

There are several promising links there. But it does boil down to a problem with the modem/router rather than the R6700AX

If that is the modem/router you own, I wonder why you want to dredge up the R6700AX. The CenturyLink books looks like it is younger and more capable that the Netgear router.
If it is a wifi range thing, you could use the Netgear in Access Point mode.
