Well yesterday, I had enough I went to the router and decided to reset it from the physical router itself. I then configured it again and it looks like it is working now but I have a feeling that theissues may start again.

Thanks for the update on the thread and glad to hear that everything seems to be working now. I've edited your comment and removed your router's serial number from being displayed publicly.

- Rock31482Jun 18, 2020GuideIt looks like it is happening again. I have the router exactly the way I want it setup but my wifi is having issues on both bands. I have left the wifi configuration pretty stock but the signal strength is band and the speed on the bands is reduced.
Can you provide help?- Rock31482Jun 24, 2020Guide
Can anyone help me with the above?
Wifi signals are slow compared to them when the router was installed.

Hi Rock,
I'm no expert but I had similar issues. I owned a R8500 for 5 years and recently upgraded to RAX120 as my device count is close to 60 and other reasons. It worked great until I started fiddling. I provide these tips on what helped me:
Be careful of extra router features. Try factory resetting and troubleshoot the following features:
- IPv6
- Netgear Armor
- QOS
- uPnP
- Smart Connect
- Router wifi Security settings vs device
- Powerlines/Extenders
- LAN Setup
- Blocking all new devices
If you have an internet Gateway/Modem, check:
- Default IP address & Range conflicts
- Double NAT
- IPv6
- Subnet
I am not technical so don't ask me to explain. I have spent hours researching, posting in this AMAZING Community, being completely frustrated by the HORRIBLE Netgear Tech Support, and making a lot of mistakes. I am pointing out these areas you can explore and ask people smarter than me to help.
