Netgear RAX15 How to setup remote management

I'm new to this forum and trying to find out how to setup remote management on my Netgear RAX15 router. I have the latest firmware Firmware Version V1.0.3.96_2.0.59.

The user manual says ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Remote Management -> Turn Remote Management On.

I don't see "Remote Management" at all. There is "Webservices Management" and that doesn't have any options for remote management.  Screenshot attached. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
