Netgear RAX200 Circle Passcode reset . Help! Thank you

Dear Support

 

I am completely 'stuck' and cannot use Circle on my Netgear router. When I try manage Circle via the app on my Andriod Phone it tells me it sent me the passcode vis SMS textx but I never receive on my mobile phone. Please help. Below is my information. Much appreciated.

    Hi Anthony, 

     

    Thank you for your message. May you try factory resetting your router and running through the setup assistant again. After a factory reset, please try enabling Circle.
