Does the RAX40 support WPA3?
Not currently. The update has to roll down from intel first since its an intel processor in the RAX40.

Not the RT-AX58U has Broadcomm BCM6750.

I'm looking up fcc info to see if this was changed because their initial release info said intel.
Asus must have change it as the fcc is showing broadcom too.
