What FW is loaded on the RAX router currently? 

How are you trying to update the router? Via Nighthawk app or Router WEB UI?

    thanks for your reply. Sorry so late to respond. V1.1.3.18_2.1.14 I did both. frimware invalid called support. they said problem with frimware. they said there are working on it
