Netgear RAX4500 - Internet speed slows down to a crawl when downloading large downloads
I have the Netgear RAX45, version V1.0.11.112
When downloading a game on Xbox it killed the internet speed.
I enabled and disabled Smart Connect and QOS several times but still the same issue. I contacted ISP Spectrum and absolutely no issues with the service as I am able to download large files with wired connection straight to their modem.
Only way to resolve this is by powering down the router and the internet goes back to normal. I can't download any games anymore on Xbox? Do I need to reset this router or should I just toss this garbage of a router?

What speeds do you get when downloading on the xbox?
Is the xbox hardwired in or connecting over wireless?
