Netgear rax48 not pulling ip address

Hi, I Recently came back from vacation and my internet stopped working completely. After calling my service provider and doing every kind of reset, i finally got the modem to pull a signal and the router and anyrhing else i plig in via ethernet work. The router is now just saying cant get ip address when i select through wifi, but allows connection also through one ethernet ports in back also which is throwing me off the most. Ive reset it multiple times, even tried the factory reset button in the back when the first few weren't working. The nighthawk app or trying to pull up routerlogin through wifi doesnt work either now, it just states wires connected but no internet. I dont have a computer with ethernet port just my playstation to verify, is there anything else i can do?
