NETGEAR RAX50 always revert to old config…
I wish to change my Wi-Fi name and password (included guest Wi-Fi), but it will revert back to its old Wi-Fi names and password after rebooting. Note: I have tried reset it thru web and reset button but it still has the same result.
So please anyone kindly help. Thanks…

What is the firmware on your RAX50?
The version number, not "the latest", which tells us nothing useful.
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual Specify Basic WiFi Settings.
There may also be some helpful videos on what to do.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads. Not sure why this is in the section for the "genie", a long mobile dead app. It isn't really a Nighthawk issue so much as the router.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX) - NETGEAR Communities
You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.
