Netgear Router
My router has blocked several of my devices and I can't get them unblocked. I have gone into my account and checked the unblock box but it will not unblock them when I hit the command key.
Is this using the Nighthawk app?
Does the routers web page have the Acsess Controls feature? Might see if you can disable Access Controls here.
Might need to factory reset and setup from scratch using the routers web page and a connected PC and web browser.
