That's not a Netgear modem model number.
AX6 is not a unique Netgear model number. Many devices come with the AC/AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and others, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the Model Number. And, if there is one, include the "V" bit to show the hardware version. If there is no V number, then you have V1.

Other streaming services, specifically Netflix and Hulu, are running just fine.
All 3 streaming services, the above 2 services and Paramount+, are included in Cox's subscription we purchased. These are the only 3 streaming services we use.
Internet speed - no idea - I have basically a 2nd grade level of education when it comes to computers. Looked at the Manual - complete foreign language to me.
