Was about to return this router rax120 after having it for 3 days because was dropping internet connection 6 times in one day. It was very irritating while watching movie with firestick. I downloaded latest firmware and so far no drops. Hopefully this is the answer.

If it persists, you might like to post a fresh conversation to try to sort out your problems. New firmware may not fix it.
