  • Because its usually just one person who posts in the forum about product releases and they mainly post about the orbi or RAXE devices.

It doesn't mean they don't get firmware, just that the user doesn't use them or post about them.

  • Probably due to that I don't know when new FW is forth coming or getting released. We don't get that information from NG. Also I don't know all of the RAX model lines as well. Sorry. I have already posted other RAX models as well as I see them get updated on NG site.

Thanks for letting us know something came out for the RAX20:

    Enjoy.

Why doesn't the RAX20 ever get mentioned on this forum when there is a new Firmware update released?

Thanks both for explaining and posting a link.

Sorry to be obtuse but as the posts are unofficial is there any point in posting firmware bugs if the developers are not going to see it?

the mod's don't monitor ever post but if we see a trend (same issue repeatedly) we try to clue in the mod's so they can look if its a specific user issue or more related to a firmware issue.

The posts are official in regards to when NEW FW has been made available. User are encouraged to post about any and  all, god or bad experiences seen on these posts thread after FW has been applied. This helps collect valuable data on what users are seen or having problems with thats pertinent to the issues seen in the particular FW version post thread. If we see issues that are constant or has a high impact on users products, we'll be sure to let NG know and have then review this information.
