I am trying to use the Nighthawk app to update the firmware on my RAX45 router. I am using the Check for updates function and it errors saying a problem has occur checking for updates. our firmware is currently V1.0.2.82. Any ideas?
I recommend using a wired PC and web browser to apply FW updates:

- I am having the same issue. I have to wonder why the app offers to check for firmware updates if the process doesn’t work.
