I just got this new router, *thinking* I was going to replace my ASUS RT-AC5300. But not happening. This Router might have some of the best hardware specs on paper... but the software is LACKING BIG TIME.
How you going to give me the ability to enable 20/40mhz on 2.4gh but don't give me the option to use Low/High or High/Low?
Compared to my ASUS, this is seriously lacking in the software department. Now I have a $499 Wireless AP, because it definitely can't replace my RT-AC5300
Anyone know if DDWRT will support this RAX120?

I've found OpenWRT to be better these days for QCA based routers, espescially with SQM QoS for bufferbloat. I don't think OpenWRT/DDWRT firmwares are out yet for the IPQ807X based routers like the RAX120.
