New Install Won't Connect to Internet
Actually an RAX45 Nighthawk AX6 from Costco, but not listed on the drop down menu. Have Spectrum cable ISP which is DHCP Dynamic IP as far as I know. Everything on router lights up OK. Rebooted DOCSI...

What is it? Make and model?
Remember, when you replace one bit of your network, you may have to reset everything in the chain, including the modem.
These things communicate during the set up process and adapt their settings accordingly.
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.

Modem is Spectrum Model E31T2V1. I have gone through the sequential bootup between modem and router as you have described. I did not turn off any other devices. Not sure I can even remember every IoT device I have, certainly there are dozens.
I get the "no Internet " message from the Nighthawk app. I'll try again with reboot of Android phone and computers. Spectrum has replaced the Sagemcom router a few times and as I mentioned, I can insert an old tp-link router with no problem. For all these router replacements, I only do the modem/router boot sequence, I've never re-booted any other device. Thanks.

It looks like a basic cable modem, but there seems to be some confusion out there.

Gave it another whirl. While I didn't turn off every IoT device, I did turn off network switches, APs & PCs. Sequentially booted modem then router. All lights on. Then turned on Android phone with Nighthawk app.
Seemed like success, the app said I had Internet. I then sequentially turned on switches > APs > PCs. No Internet on any devices.
As my wife had a Zoom call at that point, I went back to the Spectrum router. Internet works.

I called tech support. Had I realized they were 24/7, I would have called first. Issue seems to be Power light was red instead of white (all lights should be white). The now fourth go-round again produced a red power light, but after a few minutes it turned white.
Once light turned white for the first time, everything seems OK. BTW, only sequentially re-booted modem & router, as is my usual practice.
While I can login to web page on PC browser with http://www.routerlogin.net/start.htm, I can't seem to find the IP address to login with. 192.168.1.1 nor 192.168.1.2 worked. Angry IP Scanner didn't identify either of those IPs. 192.168.1.3 moves on to other devices. Previously, 192.168.1.1 got me into the Spectrum router.
The Netgear web page IDs 192.168.1.2 as Universal Global Scientific Industrial Network Device, but the MAC doesn't match the router MAC.
