New Install Won't Connect to Internet
Actually an RAX45 Nighthawk AX6 from Costco, but not listed on the drop down menu. Have Spectrum cable ISP which is DHCP Dynamic IP as far as I know. Everything on router lights up OK. Rebooted DOCSI...
Identical experience: no Internet during initial setup but all lights white. Very frustrating. Have been unable to resolve after 2 attempts and reverted to original setup. Have rebooted in sequence. Inserting another router and connection works. Reverting to original router and connection works. Connecting exact cable to WAN port and get the error. Only thing left to try is connecting just the Internet cable first before any other devices. Will see. Else I’ll have to call for support which makes me cringe.

Possibly. But that could be caused by many things and we know nothing about your equipment or what is happening at your end.
It is a bad idea, and against the rules, to hitch a ride on an old conversation that is now near on two years old and may well have nothing to do with your issue.
There is also a good chance that the official support team is busily monitoring new conversations and may miss your addition to this one.
If you do want help with your problem, check previous stuff that may be related then start your own discussion.
If you do decide to ask a question, you should provide more details and your own version of the information that the forum suggests that you provide.
