Changed the connections around no change. Even took the pc downstairs and connected directly into the modem with the same lan cable and it worked fine with internet access, same ip address. Took it back upstairs and hooked back up, issue showed back up.
Does anyone have any ideas? I’m beyond stumped.
With your computer connected with your Ethernet cable, go in to Windows Settings -> Network & Internet -> Status and check to see if your network profile is set to Public. If yes, go to properties and change it to Private. Back out of your settings and Restart your computer.

Go to Windows Settings -> System -> Troubleshoot -> Other Troubleshooters and run Network & Internet.
AX1750 is not a definitive model number for a device. It could be a couple of different devices. Look for a model number on the label. What is the model number? Do the LEDs indicate the device you are connecting the Ethernet cable to has internet service? Your Wi-Fi could be connecting to some other source.
I tried that before and it didn't work. I ran it again and still came up with the same solutions, reboot everything. I went back into the router and restarted it again and now the pc connected via ethernet. I didn't make any changes since I rebooted the router yesterday. I don't know but it's working now.
I guess it might be a EAX18. The tab says that in edge and the title bar on the page says AX1750 Mesh Extender.
