Go to Windows Settings -> System -> Troubleshoot -> Other Troubleshooters and run Network & Internet.
AX1750 is not a definitive model number for a device. It could be a couple of different devices. Look for a model number on the label. What is the model number? Do the LEDs indicate the device you are connecting the Ethernet cable to has internet service? Your Wi-Fi could be connecting to some other source.

I tried that before and it didn't work. I ran it again and still came up with the same solutions, reboot everything. I went back into the router and restarted it again and now the pc connected via ethernet. I didn't make any changes since I rebooted the router yesterday. I don't know but it's working now.
I guess it might be a EAX18. The tab says that in edge and the title bar on the page says AX1750 Mesh Extender.
Thanks for your help.

Glad you got it working. Occasionally a network restart in sequence from the outside in is the most effective action. When you do the restart, be sure and pull the power cord for the individual devices and give them plenty of time to complete the boot process. If the device has an on/off button, it does not always do a clean restart.

Look at the label on the thing. It should say Model Number.
Extenders are not the same as routers. They have their own bolt hole around here:
WiFi Range Extenders & Nighthawk Mesh - NETGEAR Communities
In general extenders get their settings through the router they are attached to.
Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Begin with the Quick Start/Installation Guide.
