I tried that before and it didn't work. I ran it again and still came up with the same solutions, reboot everything. I went back into the router and restarted it again and now the pc connected via ethernet. I didn't make any changes since I rebooted the router yesterday. I don't know but it's working now.
I guess it might be a EAX18. The tab says that in edge and the title bar on the page says AX1750 Mesh Extender.

Look at the label on the thing. It should say Model Number.
Extenders are not the same as routers. They have their own bolt hole around here:

In general extenders get their settings through the router they are attached to.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
