Yes, I finally did. However, after rebooting my PC, problem appears again, can't log into the router. Internet is fine, just can't log on to the router.
And yes, it happened after I updated to latest firmware. Even after reset router, the new firmware is still there.
So now, If I want to keep this router, I have to re-setup every time I want to login to the router, as there seems to be no solution and support is non-existence.
Did you factory reset then setup from scratch while off line then setup and complete the setup, then connect the router to the ISP service?
What FW version do you have loaded?
Do you have a v1 or v2 model router? I have a v2 and have been able to get access aftre the first time I reset line and got back in after I reconnected it to the ISP service.
How long have you had the router?
yes, I did the factory reset. then disconnect from modem. then re-setup in edge.

The firmware is 1.1.4.28. why was it still there even after I factory reset?

mine is RAX50v2. I just got it last week and setup yesterday. It was quick ... until i did firmware update.
You mean, if you reboot your PC, or turn off/on the router, you still can log back in?
Yes. I even took the router off line then put it back online and use same PC and can get in.
