New router order not showing in my account
I just ordered a NETGEAR Nighthawk AX2400 WiFi 6 Router (RAX30) this afternoon but it is not showing in my account. How can I fond it? I may have 2 accounts. Not sure if that is the problem. Thanks for any help you can provide.

This is essentially a user-to-user forum, with some input from a small band of Netgear techies. You can try the official channels for that sort of help.
There are a few Netgear moderators here, but this is the weekend and they are probably taking time off.
