Welcome to the community! May you try enabling/disabling smart connect and AX to see if there any improvements. If you recently purchased the device, you may also open a support ticket as your device is provided with 90 days of complimentary support.

Thank you Christian_R I had smart connect disabled, and disabling AX didn't help. Based on avtella's response, looks to be related to my own clients and expectations for 2.4 Ghz.
