Night hawk rax35

I have a night hawk that all my devices will pick it up except one lab top it won’t pick up it what can I do to get it to pick up

    What wireless chip is in the laptop? 

    Many of intels wireless chips had earlier drivers that wouldn't pick up AX broadcasts. There was a couple others that did it to. 

    Find out the wireless chipset and then go directly to that manufacturers website (if the laptop is a dell but has an intel wireless card, go to intels website for the driver).  

    Install that driver and try again
