Nighthalk App will not accept admin password

Question

I've successfully reset my admin password 3 times and the Netgear Nighthawk app still won't let me login. Continues to say "Login failed. Please re-enter the correct admin password for your NETGEAR router". Not sure what else I can do. Any tips?
