NIGHTHAWK® AX8 8-STREAM WIFI 6 CABLE MODEM ROUTER BLOCKING WHATSAPP

I've had this modem for about 4 months, and three weeks ago, it started blocking Whatsapp from sending pictures and videos when connected to Wi-Fi. As soon as I disconnect it, it sends them with no problems. Also noticing that when it fails sending them, after a couple of tries, it will, but more than 10 or so. I'm thinking the CAX80 has to be blocking something. I already disabled the firewalls (and protections, all of them), to see if that was it, but nothing. Anyone that can help would be appreciated.

    Is it only 1 device having issues or all of them? 

    Have you tried changing dns providers? you can try googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.  there's also cloudfare at 1.1.1.1
