A couple of basic questions. What is the model number of your router? Look on the label. The AX1600 is a marketing value associated with speed.
What is the brand name and model number of the modem/ONT that connects to the internet upstream of your router? Again, look on the label.
When your Wi-Fi randomly cuts out, do you also loose internet connectivity via your Ethernet cable wired connection?
When your Wi-Fi cuts out, do you just loose access to the internet or do you also loose the connection to the router?
Is your radio frequency environment such that you have a lot of close neighbors that are also broadcasting Wi-Fi signals?
The model is a RAX-5
I have no idea on the modem, I'm living in an apartment and my landlord provides the internet services but I do not have access to the modem or anything other than a single Ethernet port in my apartment.
I loose connection on both wired and wireless connections via the 5, 2.4, and Ethernet connections.
I do not loose connection to the router, its only to the internet.
There are multiple neighbors who have their own wifi setup aswell.

Do your neighbors suffer from the same random internet access cutting out? It may help to ask.
When you lose internet access, does it return on its own after time or do you take any action like restarting your RAX5?
When you look through your router log, Advanced -> Administration -> Logs, there may be some indication of events before or after loss of internet access.
What is the firmware version number you have installed on your RAX5?
I have to ask, are you confident your Ethernet cord feeding your router is good? Have you swapped it out with a different cord?
No, my neighbors don't seem to have the same issues that I suffer from.
It turns right back on after about 5 to 10 seconds, which seems insignificant but its enough to boot me from video games or screw up my online learning sessions with my college. (The main reason why I care)
Firmware is V1.0.3.28_1, which according to Nighthawk is the most recent version.
Both my ethernet cable from my labtop to my router and from my router from the wall are both strong connections so I do not think that is the issue.

Something is amiss with your firmware version. The Nighthawk mobile application and the firmware update feature in the user interface are neither one reliable to determine the most recent firmware version. When you go to the Downloads section at the top of this page, and feed in your router model number (RAX5) it will take you to a page to download the most recent firmware version. This is V1.0.2.26_1. Please verify both your router model number and your firmware version as they do not match. Is your current firmware the original out of the box version your router came with? Have you updated the firmware?
What is the category type of your Ethernet cables? Having a strong Ethernet connection is one thing, but having a sustained strong connection is something else. Your Ethernet cables should be Cat 5e or better. Cat 6 is recommended.
In your original post you mentioned DNS and IPv6. Are you presently using the default DNS from the ISP? What other DNS did you try? Do you have IPv6 enabled? If yes, what connection type is selected?
Have you checked with your laptop computer OEM to see if the Ethernet port drivers are current?
Are you running a Windows computer? Which version?
