Hello Lach, 

 

What firmware version is your router currently on? Have you had a chance to reboot the router?

Hi. I update it with the last firmware 1.0.1.122. I restart the router but is the same. I think the last firmware causes the problem. The app and website readycloud doesn't detect the hdd attach to the router. Thanks
