Nighthawk AX12 AX6000 12-Stream WiFi Router model RAX120
Hello,
I have the modem connected currently in the internet port. On the Netgear app (Iphone) I get upper 9s on the speed test, but the computer connected to the LAN gets mid 2s, so when I changed the modem to the Multi-Gig port, the speeds for both were 944.21 download, 944.14 upload, but now I can't get my Ring system to connect to the Wi-Fi. It says the password is incorrect. So, I have to reconnect everything back the way it was. Any help will be appreciated.

- What is this modem? Is it also a router with multiple ethernet ports on the back?
Which router model do you have? AX6000 is a speed, not model number!Like I said earlier, when the modem is connected into the Internet port, I slow speeds, and the WIFI works, when I connected the modem into the multi-gig port, I get fast speeds, but I the WIFI does not work?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the RAX120 is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.Using the MG port from the ISP device will not or would not cause wifi problems with your other devices.
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?What's the distances between the router and your Ring devices?
Might try a Factory reset and setup from scratch as well if this continues.

Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

Try enabling IPv6 (auto) and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
