Nighthawk AX12 Fan not working

Is anyone else havinbg issues with the fan not working in the router? I have already sent one back and the replacement seems to have the same issue.

I've only seen a fan run on a RAXE500.

      Furrye38> Buffering issue on streaming and heat/warm router at my home...

        Please make a new post about the buffering issue. 

        Alternative solution would be to put a USB Laptop FAN under the router. I keep one under any router I have online.
