Nighthawk ax12 login always popping up
Hello, my husband and I just installed the nighthawk ax-12. When I go to certain websites, especially via Google links, I am prompted to login to the nighthawk. The page says:
Router password reset.
Access to this resource is denied. Your client has not supplied the correct authentication.
I am also unable to stream programs on my tv such as Netflix and YouTube. The Netflix will fully load but when I select a program, it says error unable to play selection.
This was not happening prior to installing the nighthawk. Does anyone have any insight on what could be causing this?

1. what router do you have? AX12 isn't the model. Look at the label
2. what firmware is on it?
3. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
