Nighthawk AX12 RAX120 V2 power loss
I've recently purchased a RAX120 V2 unit and I'm experiencing WiFi drop off several times a day. This is due to the RAX120 unit powering down and rebooting for no apparent reason. I'm using the power lead supplied with the unit so think I can rule out a bad supply being the issue. The only thing I have done during the set-up is to update to the firmware to V1.2.8.40.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What firmware are you on?
I've seen some complaints of overheating, got an old laptop fan sitting around you could set it on to check?
What is the first 3 characters of the routers serial number seen on the sticker in back?

Here is a link to a beta firmware that has fixes for the reboot issue. Please let me know if you have any other issues with this firmware https://ntgr.my.salesforce.com/sfc/p/#300000000xsV/a/8b000000lpfE/ewZuT7whqirNo5U_QG.WfrQU.h0pa5dqpbB3qz_Qi3o

I have this same issue. I just bought the device, and it restarts with no logged event every day, often twice in 15 minutes. It may be somehow overheating or THINKING it's overheating. I tried to sign up for the beta firmware, but the thread is locked.
Can I request it as well?
Router Firmware Version V1.2.8.40
