    so set wan setting in AX12 to BT setting and now all working!!!!

Included screenshot cant rWaember if igmp proxy needs to be unticked or ticked try both but enable that bt Support igmp proxy .... log into router normally 192.168.1.1 and enter password credentials - advanced - setup - wansetup.
