Trying to utilize the "request hardware support" option. Get there by selecting my router. Receive error msg each time "something went wrong"
How do I get in touch with someone on replacing router under warranty?

Yea that's where I was. Still same result. I'm assuming they have prevented access to support staff to limit possible warrant returns.
Try making contact with a forum moderator to see if they can help you out. Weekend here so may not see anthing unitl next week.
