Nighthawk AX4 4-Strea AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Router (RAX35-100NAS) not connecting to GlobalProtect VPN

I connected Nighthawk AX4 router to my modem, after that, I am unable to connecto to my office VPN (Palo Alto Network's GlobalProtect). Please help resolve the issue   --Sath

I would recommend that you contact your employer for assistance with your office VPN.
