Nighthawk AX4 AX3000 Router

We recently purchased a router that is hardwired to a PS4 and wifi to the rest of all the other devices at home.  It suddenly stopped broadcasting.  The internet connection is working well as I hardwired it directly to my desktop and it works, but when I connect it to the router  it doesn't connect to the internet.  All lights are on.  Wifi is on.  I've tried resetting , restarting using the power button, and unplugging the router and reconnecting it to the app.  When trying to set it up the app is unable to find a wifi signal for the router as well and is unable to connect to the device.  We haven't changed anything since we set up this router 5 months ago.
