Nighthawk AX4 AX3000 WiFi Router (RAX40)
Cannot connect to the router, either with the Nighthawak app (wifi) or via ethernet cable via browser. It does not respond to the connection attempt.The mobile phone cannot connect because it does not acquire the IP address (unable to configure IP).

1. You have the RAX40?
2. is it setup in router mode? or AP mode?3. Is it working? Just not for access it it?
4. what firmware is on it?
5. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
6. Is this a new install? or have you had it for a while.
If its new, theres 90 days of free support from date of purchase,
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
