nighthawk ax4 does not recognize password on 5g

works password on 2.4, but does not on 5g

Do you have the RAX40?

What device is having issues?

all of them? 

Certain ones only? 

Did you change the password? 

Make sure to remove any special characters/spaces from the password. 

Also make sure capitalizationj is correct.
