Nighthawk AX4: RAX35 - DHCP Issues

I have the same router but haven't experienced any DHCP issues that a reboot didn't correct. I did have some wireless devices connect and immediately drop but a reboot corrected the issue. Have you changed any of the default settings on the LAN Setup or Access Control pages? What version of the firmware are you using? I too was offered premium support at a cost close to the price I paid for the router and my issues look to be related to the firmware.

Eagle-TwoA reboot used to fix the issue but it no longer changes upon rebooting and I didn't change anything any settings for that to happen. I even went as far as to completely reset my router to factory settings and it still had the same issue. The only changes I made were changing the SSID and password which should not make a difference in my experience and I did not change the access controll settings. I have tried the most up to date Firmware and the previous firmware (I think it is the original firmware, but I am not sure tbh). The firmware I am running because it seems to have the fewest issues is Firmware Version V1.0.3.62_1.0.1. I updated the firmware to the newest version (Firmware Version V1.0.3.80_1.0.1 I beleive) and the DHCP was still not working so I have downgraded back to the previous firmware. I think a firmware update on their part might be the fix for this issue, but only an update will tell us if they decide to send one out since this is one of the older routers of the RAX line.
