Nighthawk ax4 RAX35 2.4 GHz not working

I can no longer connect to the 2.4 GHz network. The 5g is working fine. I have firmware version V1.0.3.62_1.0.1. From my understanding this is the current version. The light on the router shows green ...

    Thanks. The 2.4 GHz light was on. I ended up doing a factory reset. That solved the problem.

Hello Td17, 

 

May you confirm the 2.4GHz LED light status on the router. You may try rebooting or factory resetting the router to see if there are any improvements.
