Hi Voymetra,
Welcome to the community! May you try disabling Smart Connect in the router's settings.

Thank you for your help, but I'm a newbie at this. I looked around my settings on my Nighthawk RAX35 when I opened my browser and I can't seem to find smart connect. Can you walk me through or provide a video or screenshots?

Hi Voymetra,
My apologies, I meant traffic meter and not smart connect. I've included the user manual linked below and you may refer to page 60 on how to disable traffic meter.

I am having the exact same issue with my Nighthawk AX4: RAX35 router. I have a Ring Stick Up Cam that I cannot get connected to the router no matter the configuration I try or settings that have been suggested. Has a solution been found for this issue?
- VoymetraMay 11, 2020AspirantI finally talked to another RING tech on a second call to customer service and the solution that finally worked was the Ring Chime Pro wifi extender. They sent me two of them to cover my large house and they worked! All three of my Stick up Cams connected right away.
Also, make sure your battery is at full charge. For some reason, it's hard for the Stick Up Cam to connect if the battery is at 75% or lower.
Hope this helps you.
