NIGHTHAWK AX4300 prevents epg TV guide download
What do I need to reset so that my new AX4300 will allow EPG TV guide downloading?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What router do you have? AX4300 is a speed.
what modem/gateway is it connected to?
What are you trying to get the epg tv guide on? (fire stick, roku, android tv, etc) and what program is using it?
What error do you get if its not working?
Netgear Nighthawk Model# RAX45 6 stream WiFi Router
Trying to download with fiber optics into Amazon Firestick for
a Vizio tv running Kobra tv program. Router has latest update.
Error message says due to weak signal will not down load info
because possibility of hacking over the weak signal. There
seems to be a way to get it to download around that guard.
