NIGHTHAWK AX4300 RAX45

I purchasd this yesterday and installed it.  I have my desktop plugged into one of the ethernet ports and it's working fine, BUT, if I plug anything else into any of the other ethernet ports, my connection dies.  Any ideas what's happening?

    What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    When you say "it dies" what exactly happens? Does the wifi stop broadcasting? Do devices say "connected, no internet"? Do the led's on the router shut off? 

    A little more details on what actually happens when you connect more than 1 device helps.
