Which Netgear router is this? AX5 is not a unique Netgear model number. Many devices come with the AC/AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and others, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the Model Number.

Most HP printers with wifi can be added by using on the board path to add the printer to any wifi SSID name and password. Refer to HP and there setup process and support information on how to add there printers to a wifi router using the SSID name and Password.

There should be a WPS button.
