Nighthawk AX5400 won't keep my devices connected
I regret the day I bought this terrible piece of equipment. It will not keep my devices online. It randomly boots devices all day long. NOTHING WORSE THAN FAULTY EQUIPMENT - NOPE - CUSTOMER SERVICE is literally the WORST experience I have ever had. I am 7 hours into being transferred from one untrained service person to the other. Every one of them tells me the next one will get me a replacement device.
HERE IS HOW THIS IS GOING DOWN:
1. I take it back.
2. I charge it back on my credit card if the store won't take the crap back.
3. NEVER NEVER AGAIN should you buy from this company.
