You have the cm1200?
And the RAX120?
Is the cm1200 activated and working? You're able to connect a pc/laptop to it and it works?
Something to keep in mind with the cm1200, it has 4x ports but on xfinity only 1 device can be connected to it. It does have wan port aggregation (which i wouldn't use).
so if you have it activated. power the cm1200 and the rax120 off. unplugg all devices from both (even coax from cm1200).
then reconnect coax to cm1200 and power it on. give it a couple minutes.
then connect lan port 1 on cm1200 to wan port on rax120 and power the router on.
give it several minutes and attempt setup.
