NIGHTHAWK AX6 AX4300 - Update error

    Thanks for your help. Despite the prompts to update the firmware on the IoS mobile app, the firmware appears to be the latest available version. Appreciate everyone's input.

I am using App. I get a screen with image of product with header UPDATE ERROR. Bottom of screen choices are SKIP and TRY AGAIN.

Try the manual update that plemans recommended.

 

Ir is safer and more reliable than the app.

    I tried the manual update. Trying to download the update.

     

    Got this message below.

    The IoS APP says there is an update. 

    This process says there is not an update.

     

    This is such a confusing process with Netgear.  Thoughts?
