Nighthawk AX6 AX4300 model RAX45

Good morning guys, Long story short, wifi on my iPhone hit 800mbps (standing next to modem) and now I’m getting 100mbps. This was first installed a year ago and I’m just now having issues. Nothing was changed or adjusted. I used to go outside and hit 500mbps I can’t even get 40 now in my room! Can I get some help please.

    Some background information needed to get started.  What is the brand name and model number of the upstream modem/ONT the RAX45 is connected to?

     

    What is the version number of the firmware that is installed on your RAX45?  The latest is not an answer.  It does not allow confirmation of what is available.

     

    Are you using the Ookla stand alone throughput test application?  If not, you should be and it is available in the play store.
