Nighthawk AX6 AX5400 RAX50 stopped connecting via hardline connection

The hardline ethernet connections has stopped working.  Devices connected directly to the ethernet ports via network cables says they are not connected.  All has worked until just recently.  Nothing had changed with those devices except now they are showing no internet connection.  The wireless portion of the router is still working properly.  Wireless devices are able to connection to the router and internet via the router.

Any help would be appreciated.

  • Is this issue happening on all wired devices at the same time? Also how many wired devices are in use?

On wireless, what happens if you head to the router's web UI and then go to the devices section. Do you see any issues such as 2 or more devices having the same LAN IP?

If the IPs are fine, does rebooting the router restore the wired connectivity?

To answer the question, yes currently for all wired devices that are always connected.

This was not the case when I originally connected my media devices, TV and Roku directly to

the LAN ports so I would not get any lag while watching movies.

2 wired devices always connected via the LAN ports. I have disconnected the Roku media

player and removed it from the router device list.  When the TV is powered on I still get an

      initial message ethernet not connected.

I have tried connecting the TV to another LAN port that I periodically connect a laptop to in

order to connect to the internet to get updates for it.  It still shows the same message, ethernet

      not connected.

Yes I have rebooted the router, still get the same not connected mesage.

I am still working on this when I can.

      Thanks for the reply.
